I'm a salon owner, industry educator, and let's be real, kind of obsessed with organization, tech, and building systems that actually work.
While finishing my Bachelor's in Business Administration, I was also attending cosmetology school. Within a year of graduating, I opened my own salon (yep, still there today). I spent over a decade as a JPMS educator and director of education at a cosmetology school, training hundreds of students from Day 1 of their careers.
In 2020, I went all-in on building my own education company. Now I'm on a mission to help salon owners hire smarter, train better, and build teams that last without burning out in the process.
